Why not join us at 7pm on Thursday 27th July for our next wine club?
Moon cycles, astrological charting and cultivating the spirit of the land all seem a bit too mystical and “New Age” to hold any merit in the modern world of winemaking and burying cow intestines filled with Chamomile blossoms sounds like a waste of good Scottish fayre, however these theories of Biodynamic Farming have been becoming hugely popular with both winemakers and drinkers around the world. Join James and Marshall as they explore the theories and effects of this fashionable style of winemaking, from burying cow horns of manure to harvesting only when the Moon is passing through the correct constellations. (Really)
A mere £30 per head includes all tastings and 3 courses. For those wishing to linger over their glass a little longer, our Brasserie menu will be available throughout the evening.
